I recognise that training needs are individual - that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. Our training sessions can take place in your home, office or in an outdoor space such as a park - whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany our regular exercise sessions, I’ll also design you a specialised nutrition plan, to maximise your training results.

Personal training was not something I was looking forward to trying, I'd always been embarrassed about the way I looked and the thought of going in a gym terrified me! Matt was so friendly and enthusiastic, making me feel really at ease! Matt is highly motivational and always pushes me so I train at my maximum level! My workout plans are always fun and varied so that I don't lose focus on my weight loss goals. Matt is always willing to give help and advice, and is always really flexible to meet people's needs. Overall I couldn't recommend Matt highly enough, and thank him for all the help and support he has given me...and best of all, I am no longer scared to go in the mens area of the gym.

Matts classes are the best I've been to, they're varied, fun and definitely give you a hardcore workout. He's also always on hand to offer PT tips and advice on how best to improve my training, can't recommend him enough!
